Consumer collection accounts are taken from pre-suit collections negotiation straight through the litigation process.  If necessary, the accounts go through the execution stages and filing of liens to assure the client optimum results in a timely manner.  Additionally, MCA understands the sensitivity of the collection process relating to securing payment on behalf of the client while keeping your relationship with the debtor intact.  All clients are protected by a million dollar insurance policy, bond and professional liability coverage.

MCA’s average national collection fees range from 25% to 45% and are based on four factors:

2. Type of accounts
3. Quanity of accounts placed
4. Average dollar amount placement
